We Carters Koi Ponds have been building ponds for many years, specialising in koi ponds of all sizes and designs.
With over 30 years experience in the aquatic trade all our staff have aquatic knowledge, we pride ourselves on delivering a first class service.

We offer services to our customers.

One of the main requests is to repair a pond or reline in many situations, the same goes for waterfalls.

The pond in the photo is leaking and needs a full overall.
We relined the pond with a quality rubber pond liner, built a natural rock waterfall. A new pump and pressurised filter system installed and will be planted in the spring.

Design and Installation

Carters Koi Ponds once contacted will arrange an appointment with yourselves to come and view your site where the pond will be situated, discuss your ideas and designs. Offer advice on the best filtration system for your requirements, we also offer a full landscaping service if required to complete your project.

There are many options for filtration systems on the market today.

One of the choices we recommend is the award winning evolution Aqua nexus and Cetus filter units. They can be used as a gravity or pump fed system and now an automatic cleaning system is available.
You can see these systems working in our showroom / koi holding facility.
Multiple systems can be installed on larger ponds.
You may also visit our show room where you can see many filter system working on our own koi holding facility.
Once you have decided on a pond design and filtration system we will then compose a free quotation.
When accepted we will then be able to give you an expected start date for your project to begin.
All work is carried out by our own friendly ,experienced staff no contractors are used so we can guarantee your pond will be to our very high standards.

We pride ourselves in keeping your pond in pristine condition, so if required we can offer a full service contract to suite your needs.

Each service contract is agreed with our customer for there requirements so you can enjoy your beautiful pond for years to come.

A standard service consists of cleaning filter system, water tests, change uv lamps, service pumps, treat pond as needed etc.

Filter upgrades, as your fish grow or stock levels increase you may find you need a larger system or there's a more improved system on the market that's now easier for you to maintain. Call us for a free quote.

Your pond pump / uv filter as failed and you need a new one installing.
Blanket weed problems you may need a pagoda building over your pond.
Blanket weed problems you may need a consultation to discuss treatments or other solutions to reduce it.
In really severe cases it is better to remove as much as possible before treatments to reduce sediment build up.
You may want a glass window installing in your koi pond.
We offer a pond cleaning service.
Fiber glassing.
Unwanted fish can be re-homed. Or even you want your existing pond enlarging.
